Job Description : We are looking candidate for construction companyPosition : HR & Admin Executive (PF and Payroll)Salary : 25 to 45 kLocation : Laxmi Nagar DelhiOnly male candidate requiredStrong in PF and PayrollsResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain personnel recordsUpdate internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guidesRevise company policiesLiaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal complianceCreate regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)Answer employees queries about HR-related issuesAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)Arrange travel accommodations and process expense formsParticipate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)Requirements and skillsProven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant roleComputer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)Thorough knowledge of labor lawsExcellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projectsStrong phone, email and in-person communication skillsBS in Human Resources or relevant fieldJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
