Job Description : Job Responsibility
Process HR Administration requests
Manage processes like transfers, promotion, leavers, etc as per the requirement
Answer client’s calls and emails – Service Desk
Process client’s queries
Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
Adhere to periodic reporting needs and monitor in-time delivery of all reports
Primary Skills
Follows appropriate escalation procedures adopted by team
Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the process
Secondary Skills
Strong verbal
Presentation and written communications skills
