Job Description : The Role
Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting Employee Training and Engagement and Employee Relations activities • Collaboration with HOD’s to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals • Overseeing relationships with vendors to ensure external training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment • Conducting internal training programs when required • Planning and conducting employee engagement activities • Preparing and processing all type of documents related to employee relations, including promotions, lateral transfers, downgrades, salary certificates, and salary adjustments in compliance with approved guidelines and policies • Ensuring that the end-to-end HR process always supports a positive candidate experience • Preparing and processing all type of documents related to employee relations, including promotions, lateral transfers, downgrades, salary certificates and salary adjustments in compliance with approved guidelines and policies Creative Zone is one of UAE’s largest and most trusted business setup advisory firms. Requirements
To join our team you will have: • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. • Previous experience in an Administrative and Training role experience • Excellent IT Skills excelling in all Microsoft packages, HR system knowledge will be an advantage • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to speak in front of audiences. • Proven training development, execution, and delivery experience. • A positive can-do attitude with a passion for delivering an excellent service.
