Job Description : Job Profile:Job Profile:
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, Performance Management, Off Boarding, etc. The diversity of responsibilities is vast, involving anything from employee hire till retirement.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare Job Requestion and post jobs to appropriate job portal
Schedule Interviews using SuccessFactors Recruitment Module
Preparation of Employment Contracts
Manage complete Onboarding process, Onboarding Kits, etc
Welcome new employees’ upon their arrival and give them an office tour
Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements
Maintain employee files
Conduct Employee Orientation
Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
Creating and delivering specialized presentations and training on HR-related topics across the business
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Create and update clear policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Helping with job audits and HR investigations and following up with relevant parties
Manage performance management

Probation Evaluation
Annual Evaluation
Contract Renewals

Manage Offboarding Process
Conduct exit interview
Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team

Education Requirement Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or Equivalent Experience Requirement
4-6 years of experience as HR Generalist/Analyst (essential).
