VACANCY | HRIS ADMINISTRATOR | TYGERFALLS, CAPE TOWN | PERMANENT

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine HRIS needs
Coordinating system enhancements including specification document preparation
Tracking of development enhancements
Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and assisting in resolving application issues
Managing access and updating employee information
Maintaining databases, analysing data, ensuring data integrity
Testing system upgrades
Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient operating management
Monthly and annual statistic reporting
Employee Benefits portal updating and balancing
Resolving HRIS queries
Managing JIRA board queries
Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in information systems
HR related qualification or similar
A minimum of three years HR Admin or HRIS experience
Computer literate – (strong Excel skills)
Payroll – basic knowledge
