Job Description : Job Title: HRIS & Change Management Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
HRIS

Responsible for the administration of HRIS for all company locations to include the following modules: core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Leave and Absence Plans, Business Processes, Reporting, and support of Payroll.

Implements HRIS; this includes appropriate documentation; data gathering, mapping and accuracy.

Ensure that HRIS processes are reflective of current policies and practices; collaborate with IT to drive configuration changes as needed to support the Company goals and policy changes; document and update HRIS job aides/training guides.

Periodically reviews Workday processes and makes recommendations to improve efficiency.

Responsible for leading and partnering with the HR team to ensure effective Organizational Change Management for implementation of and process changes for HRIS. Partners with the HR team to identify differences between current processes and new processes, ensure appropriate documentation is developed and communicated. This includes presenting to the executive team, management and non-management employees. Provide training and support at all facilities for Workday go-live and/or process changes and coordinating resources for appropriate training.

Provide daily support to human resources and management teams across all locations with their use of HR, understanding the processes and troubleshooting issues and concerns.

Evaluate Human Resources processes and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency. Makes recommendations for process improvements in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.

Responsible for understanding the organizations needs and developing reporting/dashboards that will identify key trends; ability to create reporting as identified; review and analyze reports for data integrity prior to release to stakeholders.

Other duties and projects as assigned

Change Management:

Develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.
Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
Leading change management work stream with a structured methodology / process.
Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
Providing training to employees at all levels.
Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams
Driving go-live preparedness and enabling adoption of initiatives / tech. systems
Familiarity with Oracle ERP will be a plus

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Systems preferred.

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience with HRIS is required.

At least 5 years of Human Resources and Change management experience.

Languages: English is a must, Arabic is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and develop strong working relationships throughout the organization at all levels

Should be proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Good functional understanding of core HR business terminology, processes and practices.

Strong written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities

Ability to communicate and present at all levels of the organization

Must be able to effectively manage changes and support impacted areas of the business

Must be able to train effectively at all levels of the organization

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
