Position : Human Resources Assistant
Job Description : Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard—listed in 2021 as one of the top law firms in Illinois—is searching for a Human Resources Assistant to support the firm’s COO. The successful candidate will work closely with firm leadership to identify staffing needs, recruit talent, and identify resources for training/development. This position will also assist the COO with documenting incidents, employee reviews, compensation research, benefits analysis, tactics for improving staff communication/morale, and working with outside labor counsel to stay abreast of important legal issues.
Preferred candidate will have a degree in/focus on Human Resources or Business Management.
