Job Description : Training and Events Coordinator

Position Responsibilities
Provide HR support for Uline’s Merchandising and Purchasing departments.
Plan and schedule regular department activities, meetings and events.
Effectively on-board new employees.
Collaborate closely with department managers to identify training needs and build employee training plans.
Work closely with department trainers to ensure training sessions are effective and informative for new hires.
Assist with college recruiting events and internship programs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
Good teamwork skills a must.
Ability to work with confidential information.
