Job Description : Position SummaryThis HR specialist will provide administrative and recruitment support for the department. The specialist will act as the administrative support for recruitment, training and development, data entry and general HR process for the departmentPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities*

Manages the recruitment and sourcing processes of new hires
Works closely with Hiring Managers to establish position needs
Process and review data that is provided during the on-boarding
Does data entry in WFGo including JD updates, Certification Tracking, and skills development tracking
Provides creative input and support for employee engagement projects
Supports the Learning and Development Manager with coordination needs
Provides back up support for the HR Manager

Required Skills or Abilities*

Ability to strongly embrace and personify the mission of the Lawndale Christian Health Center
Ability to organize and prioritize work appropriately, and efficiently
Ability to do research and help create positive initiatives
Comfortable with managing competing priories
Ability to problem solve complex care needs with sensitivity and understanding
Ability to proficiently complete tasks in a timely and independent manner
Exceptional communication skills both orally and written
Experience and demonstrated abilities for working in a multi-cultural setting
Ability to collaborate and interact with a diverse group of health care professionals

Required Knowledge, Experience, or Licensure/Registration

1-2 years’ experience working in HR or an administrative setting
Excellent knowledge, of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, Word
Experience coordinating employee related projects
