Key responsibilities:

Apply industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and digital experience to help
Oil & Gas Downstream clients with business problems
Execute/manage large-scale client projects in the area of Digital Strategy & Transformation,
Operational Excellence and Innovation for Oil & Gas Downstream clients
Industry knowledge specializing in the areas including but not limited to Digital Production,
Production Planning and Scheduling, Plant Operations, Mass and Energy Balance, Digital

Supply Chain, Primary Distribution Planning and Scheduling, Terminal Operations,

Secondary Distribution, Digital Worker, and Digital Turnaround Refinery
Experience in consulting or industry experience in the Oil & Gas industry with focus on
refinery operations and hydrocarbon supply chain
Identify and quantify cutting edge industry specific digital disruption opportunities for Oil
and Gas Downstream clients through convergence of analytics and digital capabilities
Build long-standing, trust-based relationships
? Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth

understanding of the client as well as industry

? Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client
1. Grow the business/account
? Should demonstrate strong sales & Business development skills along with solid

understanding of the industry/ market.

? Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal

construct and solutioning to grow business
? Delivery ownership and excellence
Key Attributes:

? Rich experience in Energy industry with in-depth industry expertise including the

industry/digital/technology trends
? Demonstrate sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or

operated at a senior management level in the industry role
? Experience of 12-14 years in consulting/ industry; domestic consulting experience

preferred
? Experience of working in a consulting/ Industry will be preferred.

? Experience of working with C-level executives at the client organization
Educational qualifications
? Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in

management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred
