Job Description : Technical Skills:
Candidate is required to have a minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or Engineering, or in another related technical field.
He/She should possess at least 3-5 years of IT experience as Azure Cloud DevOps engineer
Design and Automate the infrastructures in Azure cloud platform.
Hands-on experience in Azure cloud services PaaS/SaaS/IaaS, worked on Azure web application, App services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob storage, Azure Functions, Virtual machines, Fabric controller, Azure AD, Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, and notification hub. Proficient in using Azure service fabric to package, deploy, manage scalable and reliable microservices and containers.
Automating, Configuring and Deploying instances on Cloud environments and Data Centers, CI/CD tools namely Bamboo, Jenkins, Octopus. Terraform script automation experience is added advantage.
Experienced in Terraform to create infrastructure on Azure. Also created resources, using Azure Terraform modules, and automated infrastructure management. Used Terraform to map more complex dependencies and identify the network issues.
Expertise in deploying microservices, Kubernetes Service (AKS), Container Services, SQL DB, Grafana, Azure pipelines, and monitoring clusters.
Managing application configuration and secrets
Optimize Azure buildouts for cost/performance
Keep all tickets and projects updated and track time in a detailed format in JIRA
Manage and respond to escalated client inquiries.
Responsible for debugging technical issues inside containers, microservices, etc.
Worked on escalated tasks related to interconnectivity issues and complex cloud-based identity management and user authentication, service interruptions with Virtual Machines (their host nodes) and associated virtual storage (Blobs, Tables, Queues).
Technical Skills:
Practical object-oriented development knowledge with .Net / Microservices; familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Public cloud delivery know-how with Azure
Understanding of software development, engineering, programming languages and tools; Java, Python, Ruby, .NET/C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell, CI/CD pipelines
SQL Database
Personal Skills:
The ability to multi-task and work across a range of projects and issues with various timelines and priorities
The ability to work completely independently or with a team
Energetic, able to switch gears quickly from task to task
Desire to learn independently and on the job
