Job Description : Summary of Responsibilities:
The ambassador marketing coordinator will create and facilitate in depth processes and pursuits of Influencer / ambassador marketing. From searching for ambassadors who match our demographic, to communicating with our most seasoned ambassadors, the ambassador marketing coordinator will learn to assist in these processes from start to finish. They will use a range of media to identify, interact, and connect with potential ambassadors that share our target demographic, and then support and nurture long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
Responsibility Details:

Assisting in relationship maintenance of Ambassadors
Curating gift baskets
Handwriting cards
Using Grin and other softwares to identify Ambassadors with strong brand alignment
Promote and engage with top influencers on Instagram, such as liking and commenting on influencer posts, checking and reposting our tagged content, and retaining continuous and timely communication with them.
Like and comment on our ambassadors instagram photos to raise their engagement and encourage reciprocation. Watch and track when ambassadors or customers tag us in their own Instagram or other social images of them wearing their Spark*l wear. Repost these onto our Instagram stories everyday. If it’s a quality photo, save it and send it over to our photo coordinator to repost as a stagnant post.
Communicate with Ambassadors in mass communications via DM, text and/or email
Ambassador On-Boarding
Assist in the onboarding and set-up of new ambassadors which includes but is not limited to:
Print and coordinate Ambassador orders
Email them once their package has shipped with their code and most effective ways to share
If Ambassadors don’t share within 1 week of receiving package, follow up with them
Non-Profit Organizations
Coordinate with our chosen non-profits each month, and facilitate our philanthropic giving campaigns.
Communicate with each non-profit and collaborate on how Spark*l can best represent them.
Collaborations
Research companies who align with Spark*l’s core values, style and have similar customer alignment.
Other Tasks and Responsibilities
Coordinate ‘Small Business Saturday’ giveaways with each small business that we partnership, approximately two Saturdays a month. Work with Marketing and Photographer to complete each project.
Coordinate Spark*l Squad Sunday’s with appropriate Ambassador(s)
Coordinate and ship monthly “Like to win giveaway” prizes. Work with content creator and/or graphic designer to get appropriate marketing materials
Assist in planning and executing giveaways
Under the guidance of the AMS, this role will fulfill a variety of duties. As you become familiar with your departmental responsibilities, your role may expand to include the following; writing, posting, and photography for instagram, website development and site upkeep, and instagram stories photography, videography, or video editing.
This position reports directly to the Ambassador Marketing Supervisor with a dotted line responsibility to the Marketing Manager.
