Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION Company Description: Drilltech International is young and dynamic organisation founded in 2015 offers complete systems and solutions for construction, Industrial, mining and quarrying industry and we are representing well known brands in construction & mining equipments, drilling consumables and OEM replacement parts.Position: customer service manager (Inside Sales)Department: Inside Sales and Customer Service Reporting to MDResponsibilities KRA (Key Result Areas) KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Inside Sales Make quotations as per sales requirement Number of quotations vs Number of Inquires receivedQuotation are sent on time as per the lead time, quotations are done as per RFQ & process ,Following of sales quotation process Ensure all customer requirements are captured correctlyBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationCustomer retention: To Identify and assess customers needs to achieve customer satisfactionSales Management : Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Customer feedback records, Monthly sales data Analytics, Monthly sales figures and reports as per categories, Respond to all the enquiries received online Lead Generation Generate sales from existing customers and help/support in closing deals Sales Target (Planned vs Achieved)Ensure that the sales orders are invoiced within a standard time from the receipt of inquiry Sales closing cycle Customer Service Improve customer service experience, Engage customers and facilitate organic growthOversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction Develop service procedure & policies.Have technical sales back ground and resolve and handle day to day issues and support the customers.Able to handle CRM/ERP system .Manage Support costs vs Revenue, Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions record of all the issues raised and actions taken Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools first call resolution.Provide input in business and strategic planning requirements.Transferable Skills: Persuasive Communication & Active listening Personal Characteristics Driven Comprehension Energetic Initiative and Ownership.Interpersonal skills: Negotiation and networking decisive technical acumen Competitive Nature Problem solving ,Patient Interpersonal ,Positive Attitude, Adaptability Learning Mindset, Time Management.Functional Skills: Commercial Acumen, Co-ordination and Operations management Product Knowledge Information ManagementJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED6,000.00 – AED7,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Deadline: 25/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
