Job Description : Position Overview: Roamers Therapy is seeking an intake coordinator who will support the back end of our private practice on tasks such as responding to new client inquiries, managing our clinicians’ schedules, and supporting our existing clients.
Note: Although we will prioritize full-time applicants, we will also consider skilled half-time applicants for this position.

Reports to: Shaysa Villa, Owner
Duties/ Responsibilities:

Manage intake emails & calls.
Verify insurance benefits for new & established clients.
Track intake document completion and appointment confirmations.
Be the “go-to” person for all patient communication and inquiries; respond with a sense of urgency.
Manage clinician waitlists & communicate with clinicians frequently to ensure effective waitlist management.
Periodically inspect our physical offices to ensure clean, timely, and professional optics.
Manage inventories and ensure that our offices have supplies and equipment necessary to carry on its services effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Health Administration, Business, or relevant degree.
Align with Roamers Therapy mission, vision, and values.
Must be willing to become an expert in health insurance.
Detail oriented and organized.
Punctual in reporting to work.
Able to work independently on tasks assigned.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $30,000-45,000 a year
Health Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (full-time employees only)
Dental Insurance: Guardian dental benefits (full-time employees only)
PTO: Earn up to ten (10) days per year (full-time employees only)
401(k): Up to 2% matching (full-time employees only)
