Owing to the continued growth and high demand for its services, SgurrEnergy’s Pune office intends to recruit an Interns within its team.

Job Description:

Responsibilities essentially include:

Developing spreadsheets for engineering calculations as per IS/IEC/IEEE standards.
Writing a study report with result analysis and conclusion with relevant information in proper format.
Able to prepare flow charts for engineering processes.
Knowledge of basic concept of network analysis and power system
Apply technical and analytical skills to study outcome.
Shall be able to prepare complex excel sheets.

Essential:

Good English skills – written and spoken.
IT knowledge (MS Office, Advance MS Excel)
Willingness to adapt to job requirements
Good organization and time management skills
Willingness to work (and learn) in distinct aspects of engineering and renewable sector.
Problem-solving skills and ability to produce out-of-box solutions.
Self-initiated and passionate to take up technical challenges and explore new areas.
Well versed and passionate to learn and study about the renewable energy sector.
Candidate needs to comply with organizations HSE commitment.
Follow company’s IMS processes that are aligned to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

Post Internship Review:

At the end of the internship, an evaluation shall be conducted to discuss overall performance, accomplishments and opportunities for full-time positions with the company. The evaluation will focus on the intern’s initial learning objectives identified at the start of the internship.

Selection Process:

Technical Discussion: Preliminary round of discussion over a call by the company HR.
Microsoft Teams Meeting: Round of discussion with the domain specialist
HR Discussion: Upon shortlisting in initial interview, final discussion with the HR.
Issue of Letter: Candidate is expected to commit a joining date within 2 days of receiving the letter.
