Position : Intern – GSC
Job Description : Strong analytical skills, end to end supply chain knowledge, fair understanding of top-line & bottom-line cost factors,
Participate and drive Meetings, customer review meetings, frequent 1 on 1.
Articulate cost and service impacts on supply chain initiatives
Conduct continuous distribution and supply chain studies to determine facility comparisons, through a series of “modelling and scenario building” exercises
Determine capacity-planning and optimal transportation modes and lanes
Assist in responding to RFIs, prepare Proof of Concepts for new and existing clients
Strong ethics, values and the ability to influence others’ decision making.
Ability to manage multiple projects/activities; results driven.
Process oriented and ability contribute to continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization (customers, marketing, engineering, quality, and manufacturing) is key.
Desire to work in a collaborative environment with strong ability to act and get results.
