Job Description : When you think of food delivery in the MENA region, we’d be pretty surprised if talabat didn’t pop into your mind first! Since delivering our first order in Kuwait in 2004, we’ve grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.
Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region with more than 3,000+ employees! Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, while our q-commerce concept, talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!

What’s On Your Plate?
Collaborate with the research team and other departments (i.e. marketing insights, data science, customer service, legal, logistics, etc.) to help define next iterations of reOps programs, initiatives, and solutions
Collect, review, and assist in refining research and reOps program requirements
Use CRM (email, push notifications, social media etc.) and other methods to recruit participants for research projects
Share perspective on what is the appropriate research methodology and tool to use for research objectives and project needs
Enable the smooth running and administration of research projects at talabat
Stay up-to-date on research operations trends and standards to ensure study and program quality.
Understand, follow, and communicate operational policies, processes, and standards within reOps and with the larger research community
Assist with creatively communicating recruitment stories, research happenings and research findings and packaging presentations to inform design decisions.
What Did We Order?
Strong ability to prioritize research tasks
Stakeholder-focused, proactive approach to research operations
Experience supporting multidisciplinary research efforts, including-but not limited to-quantitative, qualitative, primary and secondary research
Can manage multiple simultaneous projects on different timelines and quickly adapt to unexpected changes to plan and process
Highly organised, pragmatic and results-focused; driven to contribute in all aspects of a research cycle
Good communication skills with a ”can do” attitude toward problem solving
Open for input and feedback from management and stakeholders
Proficient in database systems and HTML
Fluent English speaker and Arabic as a plus
