Job Description : Job Information:

Reviewing the permits for goods transferred from warehouses to warehouses for complete production.

Monitoring the documentary cycle of warehouses, including permits for addition, exchange and returns.

Monitoring the movement of the items in the stores, making sure that the items movement is going in a correct manner, and reviewing the registration in the item cards.

Coding the incoming items of raw materials, making addition and exchange permissions to the program and linking them to the purchase invoice for pricing through the suppliers’ accountant.

Job Requirements:
Min: 2 Years of Experience
Conducting a random inventory of the stores on some items and matching them with the book balance of the item card and the balance on the program
Supervising the work of a comprehensive statement on the stagnant items to take the necessary action towards them
Supervising the periodic inventory of the store, clarifying the difference between the actual and book inventory, and submitting a report to the direct manager to take the necessary action.
Provide the necessary inventory data to the authorities.
