Job Description : Litco is downtown LA’s freshest cannabis showroom. State and city licensed legal California cannabis dispensary. We redefining what a cannabis dispensary in Los Angeles can be. Located in the heart downtown. We strive to only integrate quality, legal, and compliant goods in the lives of our customers for a beneficial and stress-free lifestyle.
We currently have a need for one Inventory Specialist to join our team. This position’s regular hours are from 9:30 am-6:00 pm two days per week. Tuesday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday. Totally depends on your schedule.
Responsibilities:

Input inventory orders into the POS system accurately and timely
Doing inventory transfers from the inventory storage room to sales floor physically as well as on the POS
Maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels (the real-time update)
Doing reconciliation of inventory when there is a discrepancy and maintain a clear record of discrepancies on the POS
Keeping accurate records of inventory levels and location for easy retrieval.
Keeping the inventories at the storage room and sales floor organized
Communicating with all department managers, sales, and purchasing on inventory levels and locations.
Doing cycle counts for all inventories once per month and keep detailed records on the POS
Other tasks assigned by the managers

Experience/Skills:

Must be 21 or over to apply
Bachelor’s degree is required
Must have experience in inventory management. Retail store inventory handing experiences are preferred.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge applicable to the job (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Internet, e-mail and other technology software)
Able to clearly communicate both verbally and written
Have a basic understanding of cannabis products
Agree to the background check
