Position : IT ADMINISTRATOR WITH HOSPYCARE SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Job Description : IT Administrator (with Hospycare Software experience)4.1 IT Administrator is responsible to ensure that all IT network, software, hardware, equipment are functioning.CORE FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES5.1 Under the supervision of IT Manager, identifies the IT requirements for Dar Al Kamal Hospital.5.2 Perform installations, maintenance and repair work on IT systems (Software/Hardware) that supports the business from laptops, desktops, communications equipment (printers, local area networks, wide area networks, any piece of computer related peripheral or software an end user would be using.5.3 Providing support, for calls during working and non-working days/hours.5.4 Administrating servers, backups, Hospital Information System etc., manage internal/external applications.5.5 Monitoring and maintaining technology for maximum access including connecting and setting up theHardware, installing the work stations, loading necessary software, providing network access to staff.5.6 Monitoring security of the systems by installing and maintaining passwords and advises staff about any security breach such as change in password5.7 Provide end user assistance and training whenever necessary.5.8 Provide training to users when new systems or software are deployed5.9 Training Staff to maximize the potential of existing technology5.10 Taking new users through the Orientation process of IT5.11 Determine work priorities and expedite operations, upgrades and repairs.5.12 Preparing in-house reports of installations, upgrades, maintenance and all the problems resolved which is maintained in the daily log sheet.5.13 Reports daily to IT Manager.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Hospital: 2 years (Preferred)
