Position : IT Help Desk Manager

Job Description : We are looking for a qualified IT Help Desk Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading our internal technical support team to resolve all technical issues.
As a Help Desk Manager, you should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience.
Daily Responsibilities Include:

Responding to all support tickets within the designated SLA.
Manage ongoing internal IT Projects with development team.
Update and maintain hardware at all Al’s Sporting Goods locations.
Help onboard new employees with all required IT Needs.
Establish best practices through the entire technical support process

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with help desk and remote control software
Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Pay: $16-$24 D.O.E.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9 am -5 pm (some nights/weekends may be required on occasion)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call
Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
