Job Description : YuktaMedia, headquartered in the US, is a provider of YuktaOne Media ERP and Ad and Media Operations services working with premium Publishers and Ad Agencies around the globe. With offices in Silicon Valley, US, Pune, India, and a distributed team, YuktaMedia has been growing at a fast pace for more than 7 years now.
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and self-driven contract to hire an IT Recruiter for our Pune office. Qualities you should showcase are quick learner, detail orientated, analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work independently.
[A] Responsibilities –
Identify potential candidates through various channels – Referrals, Naukri, Social Media, Training Institutes, LinkedIn, personal network, etc.
Screening of candidates, background checks, reference checks, negotiations
End-to-end IT recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding.
Regular communication with the team for hiring requirements.
Daily status report
Build and promote company Brand.
Excellent in MS Word and MS Excel
Creating job posts.
[B] Requirements –
4 to 5 years of IT Recruitment experience.
A strong network of talent
Strong process orientation, organization, time management, and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with product-based IT companies will be preferable.
Experience in a Startup company.
Experience using LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.
[C] Educational background – Graduation in the IT field.
