IT Security Expert – Red Teaming/Penetration Tests (ZF-Group)
ZF is looking for an IT Security Expert – Red Teaming/Penetration Tests, strengthening its globally distributed IT Security department within the IT organization (FI). The responsibilities of an IT Security Expert – Red Teaming/Penetration Tests consist of organizational and operational topics, such as the operation and maintenance of IT Security related systems/platforms and the collaboration, consulting and project management in IT Security related projects and activities.
Location: Pune (IN)
Range of duties:
Develop and document Red/Purple Teaming & Penetration Testing related concepts and processes
Perform Red team operations, working to test defensive mechanisms in the ZF organization
Collaborate with a team of Security Professionals to uncover technical threats, to identify measures for remediation and detection and to protect the enterprise network
Plan, organize and conduct vulnerability assessments at Cloud and Network levels utilizing both automated tools and manual techniques
Perform Cloud and Network penetration tests including exploit creation to demonstrate proof of concepts
Effectively communicate findings and remediation strategies to stakeholders, including technical staff and leadership
Support of the enhancement of the Security Analytics Platform
Coordination of implementation and continuous improvement of Security Monitoring Use-Cases and Processes to support efficient security operations
Education:
University degree in the field of computer science / IT security or equivalent experience (4 years) required.
Qualifications (mandatory):
Minimum 4 years of working experience in the field of IT Security (specifically Penetration testing, Red and Purple Teaming)
Demonstrable understanding of computer networks, major operating systems, Active Directory, Cloud technologies
Experience in Exploitation and vulnerabilities associated with most common operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, LDAP, etc.), and network security services (PKI, etc.)
Strong technical background and deep knowledge of fundamental IT & IT Security concepts
Adversarial Cyber Security Attack Methodologies and Toolsets
Excellent communication and organization skills
Programming experience in Python
Experience in working within international and globally distributed teams
High level of personal resilience
Self-driven, results-oriented approach to work. Ability to work in a team
Fluent business English (Written and spoken)
Qualifications (as a plus):
Holding one or more of the following certificates is a plus: CISSP, CISA, CISM, SSCP, OSCP, CEH, GIAC/SANS certificates, LPIC-X
Grading:
Determination of the individual basic salary is based on the corresponding prior knowledge.
