Job Description : You are a highly motivated, professional candidate who has proven success in a similar role. You hold a high level of confidentiality, organization and ability to anticipate needs.
Answer and direct phone callsOrganize and schedule meetings and appointmentsMaintain contact listsProduce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and formsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemOrder office suppliesSubmit and reconcile expense reportsProvide general support to visitorsProvide information by answering questions and requestsTake dictationGenerate reports
Requirements:
· Proven admin or assistant experience
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Up to $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Chicago, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
