Job Description : Provide admin support to the President of our international consulting company and learn alongside the Sr. EA.

This is a great way to learn on the C-suite floor. Some Personal Assistant duties as you coordinate meetings and parties and events. Help with advertising and marketing and planning of complex travel and itineraries. This position is the first point of contact for the entire office and the ability to use discretion when working with subordinates is essential.

Job requires several years of administrative experience, a professional demeanor, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Lots of room for advancement as the position is open due to a promotion. Some college required.
