Job Description : Your Opportunity
You will be a trusted partner, providing guidance and support to GTR Primos on all global HR related tasks
The Junior HR Business Partner owns and acts as champion for our unique culture, driving programs that bring alive Fearless, Family and Founders @Bacardi
You will act as the primary contact for all HR related tasks for the GTR primos with local HR partners, taking ownership of all talent development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits program.

Strong analytical and data management skills
Most importantly, constant curiosity with willingness to learn and get involved in all aspect of HR.
Responsibilities
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
Trusted partner for GTR Primos, providing HR operational support to all GTR primos across all global markets on people related and organizational matters.
Promotes Best-Practice ways of working across HR policies and facilitates the resolution of people-related conflicts and issues; ensures ongoing service excellence through timely issue resolution and execution.
Cultural ambassador, living, breathing and driving our core cultural pillars (Fearless, Founders, Family) and Belonging @Bacardi
Provide appropriate analysis and reporting to ensure effective insights are available. Ensure a; primos data on WD is correctly and accurately captured while liaising with local HR teams
Understand local and global benefits programs applicable to GTR primos (e.g., pension, healthcare, wellness platform, annual bonus and salary increase). Seeking industry best practice and implementing improvements autonomously in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits team
Provides support to the HR Business Partner in all HR Administration and employee relations activities.
Support Talent Acquisition process for all GTR roles across the globe, coordinating between hiring manager, candidates and Talent team. Full process from advert to hire and onboarding and beyond.
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
University degree in Business Administration, HR or related function preferred
3 -5 years experience in a Human Resources/Benefits function.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with individuals at all levels in the organization
Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
Financial or budget management skills
Independent thinker, strong business savvy and judgment to make independent decisions
Aptitude in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations
Strong analytic skills with ability to pull and synthesize data into meaningful summaries
