Job Description : Job Information:

You are a referent of the files remains in charge and ensure the smooth administrative progress from A to Z

You prepare the social aid files upstream of the Social Fund commissions and ensure the administrative follow-up until their closures

You are in support of the Deputy Secretary General and support him on the logistics of the commissions in particular

You participate punctually in subjects of improvement of the service and work in collaboration with the other poles of the association (communication, marketing etc.)

Job Requirements:
2 to 3 years of minimum experience in a similar position (alternating included)
Organization, rigor and writing skills
Experience in Administrative Management or equivalent
