Job Description : Job Description
Reports Preparation To have thorough understand on the requirements of various regulatory Returns.
To follow up with all stakeholders for data.
To Compile the data timely in regulatory format To ensure preliminary and sanity checks on the data.
To highlight the inconsistencies in the data Variance needs to be derived basis previous reporting.
To prepare MIS as per the format devised by senior management.
Meeting Deadlines To ensure the report is submitted to regulators on or before the due dates.
To ensure the data is reviewed by Checker/Team Leader before submission.
To maintain a calendar of returns for the returns handled by them.
Any hindrance in meeting the deadlines needs to be highlighted to seniors well in advance.
Meeting Adhoc requirements Adhoc requirement from Regulators needs to be handled timely.
Ensure such requirements are tracked and closed.
Automation To play an active role to get the returns automated.
To check the manual return with the automated output.
Skills
Well versed with RBI guidelines on Reporting
Good Knowledge of Excel and Access( preferred)
Knowledge of Assets /liability /Branch authorization related returns such as PSL, BSR, Form A, R Return, DICGC returns, Branch authorization etc.
Knowledge of ADF process.
Planning and Organizing Skills
Communication
