Job Overview:

Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a dedicated Video Analyst to join our team! You will be expected to shoot, edit and create detailed and concise packaged content for the First Team and Academy coaching staff and players. You will be responsible for exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and film training sessions of the First Team and provide individual player video analysis.
Film games and code for individual First Team players; provide video analysis reports of opponent individual players.
Manage Goalkeeper training video.
Update the Hudl video library for training and games.
Provide video analysis reports of opponent set pieces based on data analysis.
Compile and maintain individual player profile video database based on KPIs.
Assist in pre-, post-, and in-match analysis.
Assist with the production of opposition analysis reports.
Work with the Academy on similar projects as needed by coaching staff or directed by the Video Analyst.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience working in professional, elite, or collegiate athletic video operations.
2-3 years of coaching or high-level playing experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Hudl software.
Experience working with iMovie video software.
Experience working with Keynote and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of basic camera functions and storage management.
Maintain working knowledge of and adherence to all MLS rules and regulations, communicating any possible infractions for compliance.
Must thrive in a collaborative work environment.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills a necessity.
A positive attitude; incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
Must be able to travel, work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
