Summary: Handle a variety of special projects for the L.A. Operations Team and assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives. Team members are expected to display integrity, loyalty, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times with co-workers and clients. In special circumstances, overtime may be required in order to complete projects or meet deadlines. Assist co-workers within your department or others within the company as time permits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Provide administrative support to the High Rise and Portfolio Teams
Assist with special projects and development of policies, procedures, and division initiatives
Communicate with Managers concerning initiatives and support needs addressing them accordingly
Schedule and coordinate quarterly CME Managers’ meetings and Board Leadership Seminars.
Maintain conference room calendar and assist with equipment set-up for scheduled presentations
Maintain various tracking systems including audits, budgets, consulting, etc.
Submit consulting billing requests to Accounting monthly or as required.
Provide ongoing Manager Assistant training to all new hires within the LA Office.

Qualifications /Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field desired
At least 2 years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience. HOA or property management experience is a plus!
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Minimum typing speed of 40-50 wpm
Strong time management and organization skills
Must demonstrate flexibility. Makes collaboration and open communication routine

Compenstion: $30.00 – $32.00 Hourly

Schedule: Monday -Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm
