Our Laborers will be responsible for general construction labor tasks including moving material, basic building repairs, and jobsite cleanup.
Duties and Responsibilities
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
Load or unload building materials to be used in construction
Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures
Operate or tend equipment and machines used in construction
Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers
Assist craftworkers with their duties
Additional responsibilities as needed
. Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Past laborer experience a plus
Reliable transportation to the worksite
Ability to work on a team and independently
Successful background check
This individual will be working as a J.A. Watts, Inc. employee and as a member of the Laborers International Union of North America. As a union member, they qualify for union required wages and benefits.
