Position : Land Development Coordinator

Job Description : DAI, Utah’s foremost land developer and homebuilder, is looking for Land Development Coordinator who is motivated and detail-oriented to add to our in-house entitlements team. Position Responsibilities

Work with Project Managers to oversee and track completion of city applications, redline resubmittals and presentations to assure deadlines are met
Responsible for recording all documents pertaining to land development including subdivision plats, easements, CCR’s, development agreements, etc.
Coordinate and assist communication with clients, contractors, engineers, architects, and city staff
Work with Project Managers to ensure complete and timely resubmittals
Manage the application process for preliminary and final plat applications with city and utility providers
Perform research via internet, hard files, and phone calls to knowledgeable parties
Work with programs such as Teamwork, Box, Google Maps/Earth, and Adobe Pro
Drive to municipal offices to collect signatures and record documents

Position Qualifications

Detail-oriented
Self-motivated
Highly organized
Can work in team environment
Owns car and can run errands during office hours
High school degree and preferably some college experience
Previous experience in land development preferred
