Job Description
Reviews Import LC request received from Business Unit and prepares bank LC application to ensure that LC is issued as per Corporate Finance standard and UCP rules.

Reviews Import LC amendment request received from business unit and prepare bank amendment letter to ensure that it is according to Corporate Finance standard and UCP rules

Coordinates between various department of JAM group, banks and Insurance companies, so that all the queries related to Import LC’s are answered.

Insures the foreign purchase order, so that all Imports covered against the risk Involved in transit (Air, Sea and Land).

Forwards the bank advices related to LC issuance and amendment issuance to accounts department, to check and update their records for costing purpose.

Updates the Insurance debit notes on Oracle and forwards it to the accounts for Processing.
Requirements
BA in relevant discipline.

2 years’ of relevant work experience.

Hardworking, Patience.

Good communication skills.

Analytical Skills.

Good computer knowledge.
