Job Title/Role: Learning Administrator
Job Summary: The Learning Administrator is responsible for the daily administration and ongoing analysis of companywide training. This role will require in-depth LMS functional and technical knowledge and the ability to measure intended learning outcomes. The role is responsible for organizing administrative tasks involved in the successful delivery of internal and external training courses.
Reporting to: Director – Training & Learning
Relationships: Training Manager, Technical Training Leads and Subject Matter Experts, Employee Engagement & Talent Manager and Workday HR team
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage all functional aspects of the LMS including, ensuring the accurate training records in this centralized database, reporting information for various regulatory requirements, testing changes to the system, building campaigns and posting e-learning modules, ensuring accurate audience assignments, and end-user support.
Create training class schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
Update and distribute joining instructions to students.
Onboard employees and instructors into the class, including enrollment, accommodations, logistics, visa letters and transportation.
Perform administrative duties in conjunction with delivered classes including certificates, field trips, course manual and student enrollments.
Measure the class effectiveness in building desired knowledge, skill, and ability in participants.
Administer the learning teams work plan to ensure quality learning solution outputs and on-time delivery.
Ensure that learning content are organized in the LMS and provide guidance to support the required capabilities.
Monitoring and reporting service delivery of classes
Recommend training content and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities
Assist in planning, creating, and implementing each year’s training courses and materials for each department
Provide governance of learning management system capabilities and maintain policies to support those needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of experience in Training and Learning or HR
Demonstrated knowledge and successful application of Workday Learning
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Proficient using Microsoft Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Operates independently on a day-to-day basis and is collaborative in nature
