Position : Legal Assistant

Job Description : Loop law firm specializing in insurance defense seeks an experienced legal assistant. Position involves working for 3 attorneys with state and federal court caseloads. Ability to provide general administrative support to attorneys such as preparing and revising correspondence, pleadings, discovery, record and deposition subpoenas, deposition scheduling, federal and state court e-filing and transcribing digital dictation. Working knowledge of Outlook and Word. Hours preferably 8:30 to 4:30. Strong work ethic and organizational skills a must. Salary commensurate with knowledge and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
