Job Description : Profile: Legal ExecutiveLocation: NagpurExperience: 0-1 YearsQualification: CAJob Description:Legal & Contract Drafting, reviewing, and Vetting (MSA, SOW, NDA, Corp to Corp, W2 and 10 99) of Clients and IT Professionals hired on a contract basisWork order and Task Order Drafting, reviewing, and vettingCheck the legality of all IT contractorsContract Negotiation (both with the vendor as well as the client)Ensuring Legal Compliance in accordance with U.S. Labor laws (e.g.: – workman’s Compensation and General Liability Insurance)Drafting of Legal CorrespondenceLiaise with impaneled Solicitors and Payroll advisors on all matters of legality.Liaise with vendor payments.Follow up with work order and SOW extensions of ContractLiaise with State Labor Department with regards to Labor law-related issues such as payment of tax, payment towards allowance of leave, and public holidays.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
