DKOWHMM is seeking qualified applicants for a Legal Secretary. Requirement of 3-5 years of legal work experience.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

Screening incoming calls
Plan, coordinate, and ensure the attorneys schedule is followed and respected
Understanding, gathering and organizing medical records
Saving docket filings to the proper places and ensuring deadlines are calendared
Client meetings and communication
Incoming potential client screening and communication
Monitoring case docket and managing attorney calendar
Creating, organizing and assisting on client files
Scheduling hearings, mediation, depositions and appointments
Planning and scheduling travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, travel itinerary, etc.
Submitting expense reimbursement as needed
Other clerical/legal tasks as assigned by your attorney

Previous experience of 3-5 years required. High school education preferred.
