Position Summary
The Life Time Work Specialist will be responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests through account maintenance, front desk management, events and extensive knowledge of Life Time and Life Time Work products and services. They will proactively meet the needs of members and accurately answer questions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for front desk management – greets and services both members and guests in a professional manner.
Assists the Life Time Work Manager with content creation for community events, along with communication and awareness regarding events
Creates, maintains and updates member policies, SOPs, FAQs
Assists with member administrative work when necessary such as member cancellations, on boarding new members, updating electronic funds transfers, and payments
Initiates, develops and maintains positive relationships with all members and guests
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of customer service
Preferred Requirements
College degree in a related field
6 months of receptionist experience
Experience with Excel
Experience with Event Planning
