Roles and Responsibilities: reviewing signed loan documents for accuracy, fee reconciliation

Job Family Description: Prepares closing documents. Reviews Title commitments and hazard insurance. Reviews HUD1 settlement statements. Interacts with closing agents and customers (brokers or borrowers).
