Position : Logistics Company Hiring E-Commerce Customer Service Team

Job Description : International Logistics Company with job opening for E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service in Commerce, CA. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming calls/emails
Follow up on sales leads
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Investigate and resolve problems with shipment during transit
Coordinate with in-house brokerage department for customs clearance,

Schedule delivery / pick up. Track shipment transit and provide updates to the customers. Issue billing invoice to customers and agents.
Skills

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone/email contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with Cargowise systems and/or other 3PL warehouse system.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
