Job Description : About the job

Bring a GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude to work!

Manage the day-to-day IT and laptop management including providing laptops to new hires, collection of laptop during offboarding, managing repairs and maintenance of the asset.
Providing smooth assistance for logistic support. Flight, train and hotel booking for events.
Providing timely reimbursements to the employees with the support of the finance team and maintaining record of it.
Carrying out pre & post joining formalities for new hire that includes sending laptop, welcome kits, bank account opening, etc.

About you

A strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently

Good written and oral communication skills
Must be proactive with to support the team when required
Ability to work with different departments and manage a great deal of information and confidentiality
Extremely profound with Microsoft Office
