Job Description : Job DescriptionPosition PurposeEffective coordination of assigned international and domestic shipments with a high level of customer and communication.Responsibilities / Duties / Functions TasksCoordinating Air, Sea, and land operations for import / Export.Track project’s KPIs closely.Streamline shipping and transportation processes.Daily planning and scheduling of all assigned shipments through effective communication with shipper and consignee.Understand customer requirements and ensure consistent operations and customer service level .Daily review of active job details and related quote in order to identify opportunities for extra revenue and additional pass through costs thereby increase overall profitability.Prepare accurate daily reports for management.Minimize operational costs, optimize efficiency, increase operations profitability.SkillsMinimum 2 years of Logistics operations experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Work well under pressure and able to work long hours if required.Problem solving & organizational skills, procedural mindset, ability to prioritize.Computer literate ( PC applications : Word excel, open office, windows)Experience in handling shipments for Middle East & Iraq.Prior global shipping management experience is highly desirable.Job Type: Full-time
