Position : Mailroom Coordinator
Job Description : As a Mailroom Coordinator, you will assist our residents with their mail and packages and provide other administrative support.
This is a part-time role with the following available shifts:
Fri/Sat 10a-6p; Sunday 3p-11p
Sat/Sun 8a-5p; Monday 3p-11p
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warmly greet residents as they enter the mailroom/package area
Accept and administer packages, distribute mail to resident’s boxes
Retrieve packages for residents, ensuring they sign out packages in Macforce for tracking purposes
Keep package room in neat, organized, and clean manner
Answer all incoming calls and handle accordingly using Mac telephone greeting standards
Assist with resident concerns or related activities as requested by management
QUALIFICATIONS
People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected. Strong troubleshooting and relationship building skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate professionally and through legible writing
Requires basic knowledge of front desk equipment, including computer and telephone systems.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
