Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Able to do programming and Maintenance of Fuji Flexa for CP, GP,QP,XP,NXTIII,XPF,VI tech SPI , Kohyoung AOI , Universal Machines VCD, Radial , TAB and DIP
Responsible for All SMD, THT,Wave Machines PM and Troubleshooting to achieve Line efficiency(No AMC for Machines)
Should have sound knowldge of Soldering processes and quality requirements
Responsible to maintained MTTR < 40 min and MTBF > 30000 min
Responsible for Machine Maintenance and Line Process
Individual Handled New Product Development on SMT and THT Machines, It include Gerber view (DFM), Stencil design, Wave pallet design, Programing of all machines
Individual Handled SPS 6D Clause for TPM with Advanced Result(Score 4 out of 5)
In TPM it involve Machine Maintenance Management , Spare Part Management and Calibration of machines
Work on SPS MFG Time Definition for cycle time study and Model Change over time minimization clauses.
Individual Handle Spare part management to prevent the Major down
Responsible to do predictive PM of machines (10K, 12K hour Pdm of Machines)
Responsible for handling Process Issues of Wave soldering
Responsible for Line Optimization and balancing of SMT and THT line for Production output
Involve in Floor Line Relay out for smooth flow of Production

Programming, Maintenance & Operating of Pick & Place Machine (NXT & NXT II FUJI ), DEK Paste Printer , ESE Paste Printer ,Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI-OMRON) , Underfilling Machine (SEA-JONG), Routing Machine (GETECH) , Routing Machine (AUROTEK) ,Reflow Profile Tracking & Setting (TAMURA,SAMSUNG-N2) & 3-D Inspection Machine (KOH YOUNG) And Maintenance of All Machines.
