Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cafe Manager 1.
Roles and responsibilities:

Manage and guide the team of approximately fifteen employees
Provide safe serving of food
Oversee cleaning and sanitation processes
Create menus
Cook and prepare food
Analyze food costs and food production
Travel between Bacchus and Promontory cafes required
Schedule will include some evenings and off Fridays

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or 4 additional years of experience.
10 years chef manager experience

Salary Range: $64,200 USD – $96,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
