Job Description : Job Purpose: Lead and manage the implementation of Skywards strategic features on the Emirates Group digital platforms ensuring that Skywards is digitally aligned with corporate and Skywards business strategy, industry requirements, and commercial objectives. Responsible for overall Digital & IT portfolio delivery & implementations of solutions to drive member engagement with our products, partners and offers. Lead the business support and operations team to ensure Skywards’ digital functionality and business continuity. Job Outline: – Accountable for leading the Skywards digital product strategy and be the lead point of contact when liaising with CCMB and e-Commerce. Collaborate with the teams on the proposed design and strategic initiatives that drive digital conversion and engagement focusing on the Emirates Skywards features on digital channels. – Responsible for securing Skywards Strategy Demand in all IT and Business investment governance forums to ensure delivery to generate on-time business benefits. Agree on a resolution plan with EGIT or external vendors on any systems/digital problems that are reported by internal/external users. – Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders on the timely delivery of all approved digital initiatives. In addition, ensure cross functional bridging and visibility of Skywards projects and information through strong stakeholder management and collaboration. – Support the partnership team with the launch of new partners and products by managing the end to end system development, set-up and implementation with a strong focus on automation and real time data transfer. Prioritise with CCMB team work for implementation should there be impact on digital channels and tools. – Lead the business support team to investigate usage of digital platforms and liaise with CCMB and e-Commerce on smooth digital experience for end users, focus on providing second level support for features that interface with loyalty platform. Direct appropriate action to address any issues, and highlight to the relevant stakeholders. – Manage business support and operations team to ensure 24/7 business function availability, cost effective operational support of revenue generating partners, efficient set up and execution of Skywards promotions and offers. – Champion and drive loyalty related technology enabled innovation within the organization by identifying and testing concepts and approaches that keep Skywards at the forefront of innovation, whilst constantly evaluating future trends. Work with CCMB and e-Commerce to test concepts and approaches. – Act as a single point of contact and subject matter expert for all loyalty-related technology, digital and operational systems and processes as a driving Skywards strategic technology roadmap. – In collaboration with CCMB and EOL, maintain a backlog of Skywards digital items to share, review and prioritise accordingly in order to extract maximum value out of the Skywards digital features. – Manage, coach, develop and motivate team members, ensuring they understand their objectives and have the necessary skills to executive their role effectively.
Qualifications & Experience: Qualifications: – Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) – Certification in Project management is preferable. Experience: – 10yrs+ working experience on successful end to end implementation of large complex cross functional projects including delivery on digital platforms in Travel/Airline/Loyalty/ Retail industry, with atleast 2yrs+ Working experience in agile project management initiatives. – Experience working with B2C digital solutions, be it marketing, financial payments solutions, decentralized financial technologies, etc Knowledge/skills: – Deep understanding of loyalty programme, loyalty systems & its operations – In-depth knowledge of loyalty interfaces including digital channels, PSS touch points, inflight systems and evolving technologies. – Adaptive working style to embrace new ways of working and methodologies – Strong and advanced capabilities to influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units. – A matured mind-set and attitude to drive work through complex and matrix based teams.
