Girnar group is looking for dynamic professional to manage Ethics Compliance and enforcement. This Role will be reporting into the Head of Ethics Compliance & Investigations and will be based out of Gurugram.
Our ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in managing ethics compliance end to end, this role requires handling of confidential and critical information, and the interpersonal skills needed to navigate, grow, and optimize efforts in a high-tech, fast-paced, and physical environment. The candidate shall have to work with external consultants and shall be responsible for preparing reports.
Conduct and manage ethics and compliance matters and conduct investigations. Implement processes for manging ethics complaints and implementation of recommendations.
Conduct and oversee risk and leverage external and internal partners for timely threat and risk evaluations and response
Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders in the design and development of physical and digital security asset protection
Provide status updates, tracking, and coordination of all projects and incidents, including escalation notifications to leadership
Oversee and enhance the standard of third-party vendors in accordance with service level agreements and ensure adherence to Site Security Standards
Manage the delivery of training and awareness briefings for all onsite users with access to confidential physical or digital assets
Partner with internal teams on investigative requirements during retail transaction process
Perform risk assessment of site and frame mitigation measures

Graduation with relevant experience in Ethics Compliance/3-7 years
From Used Car/NBFC/Banking industries

Basic Qualifications
3-7 years of equivalent work experience with graduation with any discipline;
Experience of developing security and compliance documentation
Experience of analyzing data and intelligence to evaluate the severity and nature of risk to leadership and others and guide operational decisions
Experience with vendor management and a diverse range of services backgrounds
Experience of supporting and interacting with stakeholders and senior leadership
Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) in a professional environment
Written and verbal fluency in English required with ability to present to the leadership

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in safety evaluation, training, and compliance disciplines
Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate and work across a wide range of security, creative, production, executive and artist relations disciplines and personalities
Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment with little or no oversight, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience making high-stress decisions in a fast paced, dynamic environment with the ability to work with little to no supervision
