Principal AccountabilitiesEstablish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives of the company.Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategiesWebsite management. Social media management , Copywriting and content management.Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video.Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns , ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channelsParticipating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales supportGather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leadsPresent ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Knowledge & Skills needed to deliver on the accountabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience developing marketing plans and campaignsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityExperience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Formal Education Requirements, as applicable:
Master’s degree a plusProficiency with online marketing and social media strategyProven experience designing interactive applications and networking platformsWillingness and ability to travelEstablished press and media contacts.
Years of relevant Experience needed: Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience in manufacturing industry experience.
