Job Description
At Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Resorts and Spa, passion is our foundation. Passion for performance. Passion for innovation. WE are looking for a leader who is passionate about driving engagement and creating a great place to work for a workforce of over 250 team members. Reporting directly to the General Manager & Cluster Director of People & Culture you will lead and develop the People and Culture team to formulate and implement People and Culture Strategy across 3 properties on the Island.
A snapshot of the role:
Lead, develop and guide the People & Culture team.
Provide thought leadership and guidance to key stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies and tactics to achieve People & Culture objectives.
Oversee the development of practices across disciplines including talent management, Organisational Capability and Employee relations.

Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
2 years relevant experience in a Management Level role, preferably in a competitive hospitality environment in Middle East.
Significant experience in designing successful people strategies
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and legislation
Demonstrated ability to coach, guide and develop leaders
Experience with selecting and launching HRIS.
