Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Manage and enrich Franchise customer data of 45 Cr to enable creation and generation of Pre-Approved offers, improve Approval rates by enriching data through verified sources and enable instant disbursals by continuously improving fill rates of verified information to help scale volumes in 3in1 App. Responsible for identifying data requirements to aid instant disbursements and improving the fill rates on the same. This capability will help build scale on 3in1 App of the Company and targets to improve Market share of the Company by 10% from current levels at the same portfolio risk levelsManage and enrich Franchise customer data of 45 Cr to enable creation and generation of Pre-Approved offers, improve approval rates by enriching data through verified sources and enable instant disbursals by continuously improving fill rates of verified information to help scale volumes in 3in1 App. Responsible for identifying and relationship management of all data enrichment related partners. This capability will help build scale on 3in1 App of the Company and targets to improve Market share of the Company by 10% from current levels at the same portfolio risk levels
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Partnerships – Develop and manage Partnerships for Data Enrichment Build and develop network of Partnerships for addition of new data as well as data enrichment. Evaluate data potential and quality of data of Partners Execution of NDAs and Agreements with Partners and co-ordinate with Legal team for the same Conduct POCs with Partners to assess usefulness and quality of data Negotiation on pricing for data points with Partners Managing budget of spends for data through Partnerships Responsible for ensuring improvement in fill rates of verified data across the various data fields required for enabling Pre-approved offers and Instant Disbursal Stakeholder Management Identification of New Enrichment sources
Required Qualifications and Experience
* nimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Post-graduation/ MBA b) Work Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Partner management Effective verbal and written communication skills Negotiation Skills & influencing skills with Excellent Communication for stakeholder management
